Number of Participants

Up to 1,000 people.

Schedule & Registration

Parade Start: Around 12:00 PM (noon).

Check-in: From 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM.
The representative of your group should visit the Gyotoku Halloween Headquarters during the check-in period to complete registration.
A reservation number is required at the time of check-in. Only one person per group needs to register.
If someone else comes on your behalf, be sure the reservation number and representative’s name match, or check-in may be refused.
After check-in, the representative will receive raffle tickets for each member of the group.

All Participants Gather: 11:45 AM sharp!
Gathering location will be announced later.

Parade Details

The parade will begin at noon and last approximately 40 minutes.

Participation Requirements

Only participants who have completed advance reservations may take part.

If you wish to participate, please submit the required information through the registration form.
If the number of applicants exceeds the capacity, registration may be closed earlier than scheduled.”

Prohibited Conduct / Important Notes

You must be in costume to participate.
Children in 3rd grade or younger must be accompanied by a guardian or responsible adult.
Pets (dogs, cats, and others) may participate in costume only when accompanied by a responsible adult. (Contact the committee in advance if your pet is neither a dog nor a cat.)
No vehicles are allowed, except strollers. Skateboards, kickboards, roller skates, etc., are prohibited.
Costumes featuring long or sharp objects that could harm others, or costumes judged to be inappropriate, may result in refusal of participation by the organizing committee.
Selfie sticks are permitted. Please use them with caution and be mindful of others.
During the parade, please follow the instructions of event staffs.
There is no changing area available at the venue.
The organizing committee will take photos and videos on the day of the event. These may be used in various media associated with the Gyotoku Halloween. By participating, you consent to this usage. No individual permissions will be requested.
