- Participation Prize: Each participant will receive one lottery ticket for the raffle.
Eligibility Requirements
Participants must agree to all of the following to take part in the contest.
- Attend the event in person on Sunday, October 26, 2025, complete the designated check-in following the specified procedures, and follow staff instructions during the contest.
- Consent to the use of photographs for publicity and promotion of Gyotoku Halloween across various media outlets.
- Accept the contest results unconditionally, regardless of outcome.
How to Participate
Entry Limit
Participation is limited to the first 15 groups who register. Once 15 groups have registered, entries will close.
Please note that due to page update timing, entries may technically appear open even after the limit is reached.
On-the-Day Check-In
- Time: 10:30 AM ? 11:30 AM on the event day
- Location: Gyotoku Halloween Headquarters in the Gyotoku Ekimae Koen
- Only the group’s representative needs to check in.
- Your registration number is required for check-in.
- Proxy check-in is allowed only if the registration number matches the representative’s name.
- Upon completion of check-in, each participant will receive one raffle ticket.

Judging and Announcement of Results
Participants will perform on stage according to the host’s guidance. Judges will select the winners for each award, and the results will be announced and awarded on stage.
